  • The Role

    At Last Mile Health, we dig data. Are you currently enrolled or have you recently graduated from an undergraduate program? Are looking to gain experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation practices? If so, you may be our next Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Intern.

     

    Reporting to Deputy Director of Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (DDRME), the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Intern will be responsible for supporting the DDRME and the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (RM&E) team to accelerate data feedback and use and information dissemination.

    What You'll Do

    • Create data visualizations and presentations from existing or emerging data such as Last Mile Survey, Implementation Fidelity National Research, Correct Treatment Assessments, etc.
    • Support additional RM&E workstreams as needed, including manuscript preparation, literature and tool reviews, reference management, etc.
    • Support knowledge management and document version control teamwide
    • Gain mentorship and understanding in the fields of research, monitoring, and evaluation through interaction with the entire RM&E team

    What You'll Bring

    • Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, an undergraduate degree program
    • Data visualization skills
    • Familiarity with reference management program and web-based literature searches
    • Ability to work 10 hours per week
    • US work authorization

    You'll Impress Us If

    • You have previous experience in this field or have worked with health-related data sources
