  • The Role

    As the Executive Coordinator supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Development Officer (CDO), you'll serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners and complete a broad variety of administrative and business development tasks.


    The Executive Coordinator must creatively balance across multiple priorities and functional areas of work. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects, exercise good judgement, and have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. 

    What You'll Do

    • Lead a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and CDO including: managing an extremely active calendar; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
    • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal teams and departments, building credibility, trust and support with staff.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
    • Serve as the administrative liaison to board of directors.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to Last Mile Health.
    • Work with the Partnerships & Development team in coordinating partner activities and support the ongoing cultivation of ongoing relationships.

    What You'll Bring

    • 5 to 10 years supporting executive staff in a fast-paced office setting with the ability to manage changing priorities.
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    • You are a forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
    • You are a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response with a high level of emotional maturity.

    You'll Impress Us If

    • You have previously done this work in a non-profit setting
    • You have experience using SalesForce to track relationship management
    • You have experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising
